I am honored to be one of the first incarcerated males from any prison to become a member of the Society of Professional Journalists. At San Quentin Radio, I studied how to be a journalist and developed a natural talent for reporting stories. Several of my pieces have appeared on San Francisco's 91.7FM KALW. KALW teamed up with San Quentin Radio to bring you the San Quentin Prison Report, a series of stories about the men's experiences, written and produced by those who live inside the prison walls.

As a Facilitator, I helped residents comprehend the consequences of their crime on the victim, the victim's family, the offender, the perpetrator's family, and the community. I continue to work with a variety of non-profit groups to raise awareness about sex trafficking, provide resources and treatment to survivors, and to advocate for the elimination of sex trafficking.
